A unique practice of alternative medicine/energy healing intended to restore a balanced distribution of the body’s energy. Using gentle touch, verbal support and mindful awareness as well as sound, educating of exercise & nutrition, each practice enables you to look at what you’re carrying as pain, stress and disease and gives you back your power to release all the things no longer working for you. Each utilizes life force energy and vibration to rebalance your entire being. Reflexology: 90min session  Reflexology or Zone Therapy is a practice of massage manipulation to the feet, hands and/or ears which refer to areas, systems or organs of the body for relaxation or healing. It is considered an alternative treatment. I will use my fingers, thumbs as well as a thai stick on your feet.many specialized treatments to assist with your specific goal.

Pregnancy massage 75 & 90 min sessions available.  Oh, it's such an honor to be a part of your wellness program no matter what stage of pregnancy you are in! I am well versed to the special attention you and your soon to be new addition require. Massage will relieve stress and help you manage the ever changing hormones your body is going through during this very special time.

Hot Stone massage 90min.  A swedish based massage that delivers the benefits of deep tissue by just adding the heat from the hot stones. This ancient treatment continues to affect the muscles even after you have left the table. The unique basalt stones have a lovely healing energy that continues to allow the muscles to soften hours later.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage(MLD)  90 minute session. helps the body reduce swelling and pain by assisting the natural process of moving lymphatic fluid to allow optimum healing. Body brushing starts your service and includes facial Gua Sha.

Raindrop Essential Oil Massage 90 minute session. Therapeutic ritual designed to support the nervous system, ease muscular tension, and promote overall well-being.This session combines gentle massage techniques with a carefully selected sequence of high-quality essential oils applied along the spine, feet, and back using light, feather-like strokes. The oils are “dropped” from a height, mimicking the sensation of raindrops, then softly massaged to encourage absorption and relaxation. Warm compresses are used to enhance comfort and deepen the experience.This nurturing treatment is ideal for clients seeking a restorative, aromatic experience that supports both body and mind. Note: This service is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and is offered as a complementary wellness modality.

 Best Combo 2 hour session. Enjoy the best of both worlds by starting with a back massage then the rest of the body and incoporating a signature facial to seemlessly merge the 2 while you melt into the table and let go of any and all of the world outside the room. Both sessions are tailored for your ultimate relaxation in mind. 

Add ons: some are incorporated into the session with no additional time; aromatherapy, cools/warm stones, cupping, crystal healing & CBD.
