Awakening Polarity or Reiki 60min/$80 & 90 min/$100 sessions A unique practice of alternative medicine/energy healing intended to restore a balanced distribution of the body’s energy. Using gentle touch, verbal support and mindful awareness as well as educating of exercise & nutrition, polarity therapy enables you to look at what you’re carrying as pain, stress and disease. Reiki utilizes life force energy to rebalance your entire being. We work together to move whatever is necessary to get you to a state of homeostasis.  

Reflexology: 60min/$80 & 90 min/$100 sessions  Reflexology or Zone Therapy is a practice of massage manipulation to the feet, hands and/or ears which refer to areas, systems or organs of the body for relaxation or healing. It is considered an alternative treatment. I will use my fingers, thumbs as well as a thai stick on your feet.many specialized treatments to assist with your specific goal.

Pregnancy massage 60min/$100, 90min/$120.  Oh, it's such an honor to be a part of your wellness program no matter what stage of pregnancy you are in! I am well versed to the special attention you and your soon to be new addition require. Massage will relieve stress and help you manage the ever changing hormones your body is going through during this very special time.

Hot Stone massage 90min/$120  A swedish based massage that delivers the benefits of deep tissue by just adding the heat from the hot stones. This ancient treatment continues to affect the muscles even after you have left the table. The unique basalt stones have a lovely healing energy that continues to allow the muscles to soften hours later.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage(MLD)  60min/$120, 90min/$150. helps the body reduce swelling and pain by assisting the natural process of moving lymphatic fluid to allow optimum healing. Body brushing starts your service, the 90 minutes includes facial Gua Sha.

Sound Therapy  60min/$80 & 90 min/$100 sessions 

Add ons: Aromatherapy, foot soak, CBD, paraffin, cupping, peels- $20 each.

Sound Bath/vibrational healing can be added to any treatment for $40/30 minutes.

Celluma/LED healing therapy add on.  This treatment uses LED lights which are clinically proven to heal skin and wound conditions as well as pain relief. It activates fibroblasts(cells) & stimulates collagen & elastin production.  It can be done as a stand alone or in any treatment. Requires no downtime, non invasive, painless and can be used on any skin type. Results are best when done in a series.30minutes/$50, 6 trmts=$300, 12 trmts=$600.
