**Please know, you must be able to go up and down a flight of 12 steps in order to access my business in person.

Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 5pm-8pm, Thursdays 9am-8pm, Fridays 9am-4pm, Saturdays 9am-2pm.*Availability is subject to change*
Appointment considerations....Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If it's your first time, 10 minutes is ideal to complete paperwork. Because I am a sole provider and have no other staff to greet you, please, do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows me the necessary time to complete the prior clients appointment with privacy, clean and set up the space for you. If you arrive at the start time of your appointment, it is difficult to give you to full table time and may require adjusting the service. If it is my fault we must start your appointment late, I will do my best to let you know ahead of time so you will have an option to reschedule if you are unable to receive the full time or a small discount may be offered. We are all human and life happens so I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Parking considerations...because my business is in an addition to my home, parking can be a bit of a puzzle for my family and clients. I now have a dedicated client parking space, yay! As you pull into my driveway continue forward and park just before the beige patio starts. Then proceed to walk through the gate, down the steps and enter my spa. If there is another car in this spot, please pull behind my white suv(to the right of the dedicated spot) and wait for the previous client to leave and then move into this space. Please do not park anywhere else, as this may interrupt your session if you must move. There is a sign on the left that also gives this direction. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50%of the cost of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
