Sound is vibration and vibration is able to touch every part of our physical being. Our brain, the frequencies in which it operates are measurable and we can adjust them by using special instruments of sound. Every organ system is affected by sound down to the cellular level. It has the power to touch us so deeply, to transform us through emotional and spiritual planes, leaving us feeling euphoric! The crystal song bowls use specific notes and frequencies to realign our systems using vibration. Feelings of anxiety, anger, restlessness, confusion, sluggishness, tension and sadness are able to be transformed to bring peace, calm, harmony in our mental and physical self.
