Join me in my backyard as we clear our mind, body and soul using vibration. Gongs, crystal and metal song bowls, rain sticks, chimes, bells, drums-a bit of everything to assist our journey of our highiest blueprint while being surrounded by mother nature.  We will focus on renewal and calling in the energy that serves our highest and best version of ourselves. Let us come together to bring in love and peace into our hearts.**this is an in person event, but may also offer streaming for those unable to make it in person.

SOUND BATH AT WESTBORO TENNIS & SWIM CLUB, Friday, 10/24/25 @6:30pm check in

Sound is vibration and vibration is able to touch every part of our physical being. Our brain, the frequencies in which it operates are measurable and we can adjust them by using special instruments of sound. Every organ system is affected by sound down to the cellular level. It has the power to touch us so deeply, to transform us through emotional and spiritual planes, leaving us feeling euphoric! The crystal song bowls use specific notes and frequencies to realign our systems using vibration. Feelings of anxiety, anger, restlessness, confusion, sluggishness, tension and sadness are able to be transformed to bring peace, calm, harmony in our mental and physical self.

CACAO CEREMONY WITH SOUND BOWLS AT WESTBORO TENNIS & SWIM CLUB, Friday, 1/23/26 @6:30pm check in

Many ancient traditions around the world would use cacao in sacred ceremonies & rituals. Today, we use it as we set intentions,reflect on our lives,  to connect to ourselves and our environment more deeply, and unite in purpose, celebration and gratitude. The essence need only be to return to the simplicity of life...the collective. In our ceremony we will focus on gratitude, intention and reciprocity. We will learn about the difference between chocolate/cocoa and ceremonial cacao, how it is grown, and nutritional rewards.  Sound bowls and chimes as well as other mediums will be incorporated to support and align us in our journey together.
